Indy 5 is a go

22/08/2010

Kingdom of the Crystal Skull didn’t quite live up to the standards set by the best of the Indiana Jones films. With a fifth movie in development, based on an idea from Spielberg that sounds “cool”, “What Say You” about the future of Indiana Jones? Do we need another movie or even want one?

I certainly would be the first to admit that Kingdom of the Crystal Skull was terrible. And while a fifth Indiana Jones film might not be needed, I certainly welcome it. Besides, I trust Spielberg more than I trust Lucas; Crystal Skull had Lucas questionable skills at storytelling written all over it.

Liam Drops Out of Lincoln Role

2/08/2010

With production about to start on Spielberg’s War Horse, it’s beginning to look as if Spielberg’s biopic about Lincoln will never find its way to the screen.

Liam Nesson, who has been attached to play our 16th president for what seems like an eternity, now considers himself too old to play the part. As of today, Nesson has dropped out of the project.
